The CONTRACT allow you to use our music and in any type of audio/visual/multimedia production in a specific project. You can edit the "Music Track" freely,how many times as you desire for as long as you desire,worldwide, BUT ONLY IN ONE PROJECT EACH TIME.
1. USES
1.1 - Video / Film productions
1.2 - Internet / Stream Videos (You Tube, MetaCafe, MySpace, etc.)
1.3 - Computer / Video / Flash Games (including mobile)
1.4 - Software applications (including mobile)
1.5 - TV/Radio broadcast projects
1.6 - Podcasts
1.7 - Presentation / Slide Show / Educational courses
1.8 - Advertising, TV/Radio commercials, Web banners
1.9 - Website Background audio
1.10 - On-Hold messages
1.11 - Audio books
1.12 - Online games / presentations / educational courses, etc.
1.13 - Film and Theatrical plays and festivals
1.14 - Any other commercial and/or non-commercial use, like as background music to audio/video/multimedia contents.
2. REPRODUCTION / DISTRIBUTION / BROADCAST OF YOUR PROJECT
2.1 - Reproduction of your project on CDs, DVDs, Hard Drives, Flash Drives,etc.
2.2 - Distribution of your project via Internet/Intranet (Free remote access or stream - i.e. YouTube videos, website background music, online games,etc.)
2.3 - Distribution of your project via Internet/Intranet(Free downloads)
2.4 - Distribution of your project via Internet/Intranet (Paid access, download or stream)
2.5 - Commercially released Films and Theatrical releases general/mass public and where a fee is collected
The case that passes these limits will be a matter of an "ADENDUM" to this contract.In this case, the client must write to CINEMUSIC for more details.
3. PROHIBITED USES
3.1 - Sell, trade in, give away, or distribute the music itself.
3.2 - Use/include the music in different types of music compilations,like music compilations, CDs/DVD's, Flash drives etc.
3.3 - Redistribute the music as a part of Web site templates
3.4 - Redistribute the music as a part of telephone or mobile phone ringtones.
3.5 - Create/Produce new musical works based on our music (for example add lyrics, sing over and distribute it)
3.6 - Transcribe to score any melody or music theme from the site, as well as make some arrangement from it.
